Saniline
Our CIPP inversion installation process for trenchless rehabilitation of pressurised water, gas, petrol, oil and heating mains.

SaniLine® is ideally suited for the rehabilitation of all common types of pipes, including cast-iron, ductile iron, steel, PVC as well as asbestos-cement pipes, and media with diameters ranging from DN80 to DN 800. Available with polyethylene (PE) and polyurethane (PU) coatings.
Benefits

The pipe must be thoroughly cleaned, using pigs and scrapers if needed. The pipe must also be completely dry before installation begins.

The adhesive is mixed and then poured into the liner. The liner is then pulled through a mangle to spread the adhesive.

After this is complete, the liner is roller into the pressure drum and moved to the entry pit where the gate valve, pressure reader and the pressure hose are attached.

The pressure drum inverts the liner through the host pipe until it reaches the exit pit. The liner is then left under pressure until it is cured.

After curing, the liner is cut back and either a stainless stell band or an Amex Liner End Seal® is used to finish the installation.

After all quality checks and tests are completed, the host pipe can be reinstated.

The SaniLine® is completely sealed and the pressure is maintained without external pressure sources. The section is closed with a gate valve directly connected to the liner. The curing process is documented by a data logger for the pressure. How It Works
